Team Building at its finest.

The team members are confronted to their sparring partner of 500kg, the horse, first in a one to one to understand its functioning and to be able to observe their own impact of their body-language and approach on their surroundings.

In a second step, a mini group of team members is face to one horse to try to form a herd to be able to surmount the challenges I prepared for them.

Normally, at the end of the day, every participant understands the impact of his/her body-language on others.
